We are a fully integrated real estate development and investment company. Established in 2019, Anvaya Investments develops and owns a growing portfolio of high quality senior living (assisted living facilities), hotels, and other commercial real estate properties throughout the Southeast.

About our Founder

Sanket Dalal is the CEO and founder of Anvaya Investments. He is responsible for business development and investment opportunities. Sanket has over 13 years of experience as a real estate professional with a focus on developing medical office buildings, hotels and assisted living facilities.  

 

Sanket started his career as a Real Estate Salesman, while working towards his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of South Carolina. Sanket graduated at the beginning of the Great Recession. Utilizing his growing network, he invested in distressed commercial real estate projects. After repurposing properties, rebranding hotels, and building medical offices and retail centers, Sanket had successfully navigated the down market. He delivered some of the highest returns for his investors and learned when to exit investments. 

In addition to this real estate experience, Sanket had spent 8 years as CEO of Vital Energy Wellness and Rehab Center, which focuses on physical and occupational therapy. Sanket has overseen the business development from a single provider lead practice to a multi-location company. He ultimately successfully sold the company to a private equity group. This experience has given him a unique insight into the senior living community and requirements of this demographic.

 

It is Sanket’s commitment in understanding the needs and wants of his investors, and community that allows Anyava Investments to operate with personal and corporate integrity. 

Over the last 13 years, Sanket has evolved into a successful and reputable Real Estate Developer and Investor. His success is built upon putting investors and project needs first. These principles have lead Sanket to found Anvaya Investments. A creative, innovative, efficient and disciplined investment management and development company.
