About Us
Managing Partners, Sanket Dalal and Dharmesh Patel, are focused on developing senior living facilities leveraging their experience in sectors such as hospitality and office buildings. They have strong financial, operational and strategic backgrounds and a wide network of banking and vendor relationships.
Sanket Dalal is a Managing Partner and founder of Anvaya Investments. He is responsible for business development and investment opportunities. Sanket has over 15 years of experience as a real estate professional with a focus on developing medical office buildings, hotels and assisted living facilities.
Sanket started his career as a Real Estate Salesman, while working towards his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of South Carolina. Sanket graduated at the beginning of the Great Recession. Utilizing his growing network, he invested in distressed commercial real estate projects. After repurposing properties, rebranding hotels, and building medical offices and retail centers, Sanket had successfully navigated the down market. He delivered some of the highest returns for his investors and learned when to exit investments.

Sanket has led the development of multiple senior living communities in recent years. He has a strong network of investors, banks and contractors.
Dharmesh Patel is a Managing Partner with Anvaya Investments. He is responsible for business development and operations. Dharmesh has over 30 years of experience as a real estate investor with a focus on hotels and assisted living facilities.
Dharmesh has deep financial and operational experience while employed at a range of companies including banking, telecommunications, clean energy and pharmaceuticals. The companies range from startups to industry leaders.

He is known as a strong leader who can understand complex processes and arrive at solutions that enable the organization to succeed. Dharmesh has been responsible for management of financial organizations with oversight of multi-billion dollar transactions.

Dharmesh has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lyon College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management
